The forms can only be used by people who have lodged an objection for the Valuation Roll for the period 01 July 2014 - 30 June 2018
during the inspection period starting on 04 March 2014 until 30 April 2014

Please note that the period for requesting reasons closed on 02nd September 2014.

The closing date for submitting Appeal Forms is 30th September 2014
