Vision

To establish and maintain a structure that will, operate within the ambit of legislation governing local government and provide good administration, on time and effective execution of tasks as well as providing an environment conducive for public participation.

Mission

Ensure good administration and support to the political incumbent in the office, as well as all Councillors within the budgetary constrains.
